# 已支付账单，但是没有生效

如果您在付款了，但是账单还是显示未支付，怎么办？

处理方法：

1.  可能是系统延迟，等待30分钟左右，刷新看看，或者 看看服务有没有已经开通了。
2.  等了30分钟后，如果还是未支付，请您到我们的官网提交一个服务单，并且说明情况，售后一般会在1-2个工作日内处理并回复您。
